There is no charge to individuals who use 24/7 MyLawyer’s referral services. 24/7 MyLawyer may receive a flat marketing fee from attorneys in compliance with applicable rules of professional conduct and state regulations.

24/7 MyLawyer makes no guarantees, promises, or warranties regarding the outcome of any legal matter. Legal results vary based on the facts of each case. We are not liable for the actions, omissions, or effectiveness of any attorney or law firm.

If a user is dissatisfied with an attorney referral, they may request another referral or choose to find counsel independently. There is no obligation to retain any attorney introduced by 24/7 MyLawyer.

By submitting your information to 24/7 MyLawyer by any method, you consent to be contacted via phone call, text message, and email for the purposes of responding to your inquiry and facilitating introductions to legal professionals. Standard messaging and data rates may apply.

24/7 MyLawyer does not have any ownership interest in, or affiliation with, the law firms or attorneys to whom referrals are made, beyond a marketing or lead-generation relationship.

Participating attorneys within the 24/7 MyLawyer Network may, at their discretion, refer a client’s case to another licensed attorney or law firm if such a referral is determined to be in the best interests of the client.

Referrals may be made to attorneys inside or outside the 24/7 MyLawyer Network, provided that:

• The receiving attorney is duly licensed and in good standing in the relevant jurisdiction;
• The referral complies with all applicable Rules of Professional Conduct, including Rule 1.5(e) regarding the division of fees between lawyers not in the same firm; and
• The client is fully informed of the referral, provided with the identity of all attorneys involved, and gives written consent to any division of fees or assumption of joint responsibility.

Any division of legal fees will occur solely between the participating attorneys in accordance with professional conduct rules. 24/7 MyLawyer does not participate in, receive, or share in any portion of attorney fees arising from such referrals.
